This year's Golf Day was a wet affair at Woodville Golf Course. Forty one hardy golfers hit off, but significantly less completed the eighteen holes as the heavens opened up and turned the course into a soggy track. But despite the rain, the day was an enjoyable one for all who attended. The accolades went to Peter Longhurst (scratch) and Colin Turnell (handicap). Thanks to Mitchell Hoffmann and Hilton Wood for organising the event, and to Glenn Jeffcoat and Lionel Brown for working the BBQ and keeping everyone fed and "watered". Thanks also to our sponsors, namely Peter Winchester, John Dumensey and Bruce Christensen for their company.
